1:1 sessions & how I work.
Every woman who comes to work with me arrives with her own story, her own patterns, her own longings. That’s why my sessions aren’t one-size-fits-all. I’m trained in many modalities and work with all kinds of themes. Instead of offering set modalities, I hold space for your body’s wisdom to lead. We may work with breath, movement, nervous system regulation, trauma resolution, or bodywork (always at the pace your system can hold). All you need to do is choose how long you want to be in session. The rest, we’ll shape together.
It takes real courage to seek support during times of struggle or uncertainty. Allowing yourself the time and space to process and heal is not a luxury or self-indulgence; it is fundamental for your mental, emotional, physical and spiritual health.

I offer either 60 or 90-minute sessions.
Each session offers a focused space to work therapeutically with what is present in your body right now. These sessions are rooted in somatic psychotherapy, knowledge of the female nervous system, and body-based trauma work, drawing on a blend of approaches depending on your needs in the moment.
Our work together may include:
Nervous system regulation and grounding techniques
Exploring current stress or trauma patterns held in the body
Somatic awareness and felt-sense connection
Gentle breathwork or body-based practices to release tension
Practical tools for resourcing and self-regulation
Somatic mapping and felt-sense awareness
Movement, fascia release, or body-based practices to soften armour
Womb connection and feminine embodiment work.

These sessions are ideal if you want regular therapeutic support, to build tools for resilience, or to gently process what your body is holding in a contained way. They create a space to feel met, supported, and resourced. Helping you move toward more balance and safety in your nervous system.

Please note:
My work is not for quick fixes, but for deep, sustained healing and transformation. The body does not rush. Nervous system healing, trauma release, and embodied reconnection take time, tenderness, and commitment. For this reason, I work with women who feel called to go deeper, to explore the roots rather than the surface, and to step into longer-term work where safety, trust, and integration can unfold.

Come Jan 2026, I’ll be offering ‘Reverance sessions’
The pelvis is the centre of a woman’s body - physically, emotionally, and energetically. It carries both our deepest power and many of the stresses, traumas, and stories we’ve lived through. When these tissues become tight or misaligned, it can show up as chronic pain, hip or back discomfort, tension in the core, or even a sense of being cut off from pleasure, creativity, or emotional expression.
In a 3-hour somatic immersion, we begin gently. Opening the space with tea or cacao, conversation, and nervous system work to help you arrive, regulate, and feel present. From here, we deepen into a 90-minute bodywork session. A loving, intuitive massage of the whole body that focuses especially on the feminine points: the heart, pelvis, womb, throat, breasts (this is optional and only ever with consent), belly, and jaw. These gateways are powerful centres of expression, creativity, and feminine energy, and when softened and opened, they allow life force to flow more freely.
This is not a set protocol but a living, intuitive process. It’s a blend of all my skills. It is a space for you to land, receive, and nurture your feminine body from the inside out. The work is always guided by safety, attunement, and the natural intelligence of your body.
We may work on:
Releasing deep core and pelvic fascia, including the iliopsoas (“muscle of the soul”)
Aligning the pelvic floor and restoring balance between the pelvis and the heart
Exploring the feminine gateways as portals of release and reconnection
Breathwork, myofascial dialoguing, and emotional integration to soften holding patterns.
Women come to this work for many reasons: to relieve chronic pelvic or back pain, release numbness or tightness in the pelvic floor, reconnect with creativity or sexuality, or simply to feel more grounded and at home in themselves.

TECHNIQUES I BLEND INTO SESSIONS:
Somatic Psychotherapy & Nervous System Healing.
At the heart of my work is psychotherapy, but not in the traditional sense of sitting and talking. As a somatic psychotherapist, I understand that the body and mind cannot be separated. Our nervous system, emotions, and physical patterns are deeply interconnected, and healing requires a space where all of these are honoured.
A core part of this work is nervous system healing, learning to recognise states of stress, dysregulation, and collapse, and gently restoring balance through awareness, safety, and embodied practices. By supporting the nervous system to settle, we create more space for resilience, presence, and authentic connection.
In sessions, we explore your inner world through relational depth, nervous system awareness, and embodied practices. This approach creates space to safely process trauma, shift long-held patterns, and rediscover a sense of self that feels grounded, authentic, and whole.
Breathwork.
Biodynamic Breathwork for Trauma Release® is a powerful somatic modality that works with the body’s natural intelligence to process what has been held physically, emotionally, and energetically.
This approach recognises the belts of tension that run through the body - layers where trauma, stress, and emotion often get bound into muscle, fascia, and breath. Over time, these areas can create restriction, holding patterns, or a sense of being “stuck.” By gently opening these belts, the body can unwind, energy can flow more freely, and long-held patterns of protection can begin to soften.
Together, these strands create a profoundly holistic experience. Unlike more cathartic breath practices, this work is always paced to your nervous system, supporting safety, integration, and true embodiment.
Women often come to this breathwork when they feel disconnected from their body, weighed down by unprocessed emotions, or caught in patterns of stress and overwhelm. The process helps restore balance in the nervous system, reconnect you with your body’s aliveness, and open space for expression, creativity, and ease.
MER - Myofascia Release.
Our bodies hold more than muscles and bones; they hold memory. The fascia, a connective tissue network that wraps through the whole body, carries not only posture and movement patterns, but also the imprints of stress, trauma, and emotional experience. When these tissues become bound or restricted, we may feel it as chronic pain, tension, or disconnection from ourselves. This approach is more than physical treatment; it works with the emotional and energetic layers that live in the body, creating space for release, reconnection, and healing.
Bodywork can support:
Releasing physical and emotional tension held in the fascia
Softening protective patterns built through stress or trauma
Restoring mobility, aliveness, and ease of movement
Inviting a deeper connection with areas of the body that feel numb or cut off
Supporting integration of therapeutic or somatic work at a physical level
This is one of the modalities I weave into my therapeutic practice, meeting each client with what their body and system need in the moment. It is brought in over the clothes if or when tensions arise.
