All-inclusive apart from the flight and any accommodation/cost pre/post dates above.
(flight prices fluctuate for Bali, they can go as cheap as £600 so my advice is set an alert and keep an eye)
It is all taken care of meaning all you have to do is focus on immersing in the experience and relaxing.
8 spaces are available meaning rooms will be shared with another guest, there is an option for a solo room however this is a different price point as shown below.

The ultimate self love upgrade includes 3 months of self love work post retreat to help you move through, deepen and integrate all the retreat magic, including bi-weekly sacred self love sessions blended beautifully with psychotherapy sessions (in person or online). Focused on deepening your self connection, bringing you into the body and giving you 1:1 space to step into the woman you became on the retreat. Next Steps:
Once you pay the deposit an email will be sent within 48hrs confirming your spot, nothing else is required from you until I send out an email with the DD details the following month.
Given the retreat is some time away all you need to do is block it out, get excited and prepare to say goodbye to this version of yourself. I will put everyone into a group WhatsApp also so we can meet beforehand and you can possibly arrange travel with your sisters, I’ll also provide some flight recommendations for you all and cheap places to stay in case you want to get there a day or two before.
Closer to the time I’ll send out an email with details on what to bring, ship your self love hoodie out and share anything else that you need to know for a smooth journey.

Yes, however as stated above I will provide flight options and put everyone in a group chat before hand to possibly arrange travel together. Travelling this far alone many seem scary but trust me the growth in the flight alone will be phenomenal and in all honestly the flights aren’t to bad.

If you arrive before the dates of the retreat / leave after I do not cover the cost of this. I do recommend one or two days before which is what I'll be doing given the jet lag so treat it as a 10 day holiday however it’s optional you may just be sleepy for a day or two. If you decided to arrive early I can put together some recommendations for cheap accommodation and direct you to cheap tasty food spots. Again an option may be to share with some of the retreat girls like they did in Mykonos.

Honestly yes. I’ve travelled alone before and it is daunting / scary however its incredible. I want everyone to feel comfortable and seen during this retreat, I know the women who come will be open to connecting and being vulnerable. Please if your thinking about coming solo take the leap, it will be the best thing you ever do.

Any women who is open minded and willing to show up and go their edge. Honestly if your not willing to go there and show up then this isn’t the retreat for you and I’m not the person to work with. My retreats are cultivated to make each women feel safe, secure and seen and so much love and intention is put into every single detail so all I ask in return is women to attend with an open mind, ready to meet an edge (whatever that looks like for them), and lead with their heart. The work we do is deep, its edgy, its uncomfortable but its so fucking transformational that’s why women learn more about themselves in five days than they do in ten years. The transformations are deep and profound and rest assured I will never facilitate work I’m not professionally qualified in, haven’t experienced myself or don’t feel confident and safe in providing.
